Plantation is ideal for those with small children/infants or for those who are less mobile. Entry is via the ground floor where the laundry facilities are located and you then continue up one flight of stairs to the rest of the apartment that is spread across one floor. Once you have accessed the first floor there are no further stairs, making it easier to get around all living and bedroom areas. These entry stairs can be blocked off with a baby gate (supplied) if needed.

The apartment has great cross ventilation as well as reverse cycle air conditioning located in the lounge room. The apartment consists of a full kitchen, large open plan lounge/dining room with double sliding door access to a large north-facing private courtyard complete with outdoor setting and gas BBQ.

The bedrooms consist of a master queen bedroom with ensuite, a queen bedroom with balcony facing Owen Street, and a third bedroom featuring a double and single bed. The main bathroom is complete with a combined bath and shower.
