Check-in is from 2pm and check-out is by 10am. Earlier check-in or a later check-out can sometimes be arranged, but must to be approved by Nautilus Management in advance rather than assumed on the day.
Nautilus Apartments uses a self check-in process, so there is no need to coordinate an arrival time with anyone. Keys and the garage remote are collected from the key box using a code sent in your check-in instructions email, and returned to the same box on departure.
Nautilus Apartments is at 35 Owen Street, Huskisson NSW 2540, on the main street of town. As you arrive in Huskisson it sits opposite the Huskisson Picture Theatre, just past the primary school on the left.
Nautilus Apartments is on Owen Street, Huskisson’s main street, so the town’s cafes, restaurants, pubs and boutique shops are right on your doorstep. Sharknet Beach is the closest beach and is an easy 5 minute walk. The local Huskisson Wharf is about 2min walk – this is the departure point for dolphin cruises, whale watching, fishing charters and sailing trips.
Nautilus Apartments has five apartments within the one complex; sleeping 27 guests in total. This consists of the “Myola” studio (sleeps 2), “Greenfields” 2B/R Apartment (sleeps 5), “Summercloud” Premium 2B/R Apartment (sleeps 6), “Orion” 3B/R (sleeps 7) and “Plantation” 3B/R (sleeps 7). Apartments can be booked individually or together for larger groups or families (at managements discretion).
“Greenfields”, “Summercloud” and “Orion” all offer some water views of Jervis Bay and Currambene Creek. “Summercloud” and “Orion” have mezzanine master bedrooms with the best outlook in the complex (3rd floor views), while “Plantation” looks down the main street of Huskisson.
Yes, we welcome children in all apartments but please be advised all apartments have stairs. “Orion” and “Summercloud” both feature 2 sets of stairs and one of these is an open staircase up to the mezzanine master bedroom so please consider this if you are worried about smaller children. “Greenfields” and “Plantation” have only one set of stairs. A baby gate can be supplied for any of the stairs in all units on request. “Plantation” is especially family friendly with most of its living area on one level with all bedrooms coming off the living area.
No. Nautilus Apartments operates a strict no-pets policy that applies to all five apartments, with no exceptions. If you are travelling with an assistance animal, please contact us directly before booking so we can discuss your options.
Yes. Each apartment has one undercover garage parking space, with a remote control supplied at check-in and spaces marked by apartment number. Free street parking is also available in Field Street directly outside the building for guests travelling with more than one vehicle or there is a public car park on the main street of Huskisson.
Linen and bath towels are provided, and all beds are made up before you arrive. Beach towels are not included, so you will need to bring your own.
Each apartment is set up with a starter kit of milk poppas, tea, coffee, sugar, tin foil, cling wrap, toilet paper and basic bathroom amenities. Once the starter pack runs out, guests are expected to top up their supplies. There are cleaning products supplied under the kitchen sink also, plus BBQ cleaning products.
